Determining Eligibility: Any customer is automatically eligible if you have done one of the following: Note: If you have entered into an alarm monitoring contract or you are receiving our 90 days in-house financing, your account balance must be paid up to date before you can collect your referral bonus. Referrals may be submitted at any time however, a new client agreement or new client order must be accepted by our staff before any referral bonuses will be awarded. Disclaimer: By submitting the referral form the customer acknowledges the following: O'Mackey Technologies reserves the right to cancel the program at any time, either temporarily or permanently until the company sees fit. The customer understands that any information submitted to O'Mackey Technologies is done so by free will and O'Mackey Technologies can not be held liable for acquiring information sent by customers entering the program. If the company chooses to cancel the program, the customer understands that O'Mackey Technologies is not to be held accountable financially for any referrals that may or may not be used without its prior knowledge. Customers also agree that by submitting information to O'Mackey Technologies they are clear on the necessary requirements for the program. Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that O'Mackey Technologies is not to be held financially liable for any referrals used that a customer may have previously submitted while being considered non-eligible. |
